If you find you are not fully satisfied with a product, we will accept returns within 15 days after you placed your order for a full refund. For certain items, restrictions and restocking fees apply and will be outlined in the details of the individual product's page. For products that are food items, hygiene or cosmetics related, returns may not be accepted.
All purchases need to be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Otherwise returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

You will receive a Return Authorization as well as the address to which the product should be returned – this can be different than the return address on the package. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or there was a shipping issue as a result of our error.
Unless the product is defective, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process a refund for you. It can take up to 7 days to see the credit on your credit card or PayPal account. If the return is not received within 15 days of purchase, your refund will be issued as a store credit to your Eco Denizen account instead of being credited back to your original method of payment. Additionally, store credits will only issued up until and through the 45th day after the original purchase date.

We can issue a refund for a returned gift in one of two ways: we can refund the purchaser’s card, or we can issue you a store credit.
Damaged Items: Contact us and let us know your name and order number. We’ll send you a replacement immediately. If you could also attach a picture of the defect, that would be helpful.
